We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations & Maintenance Account Manager to join our SCO team as part of Building Services and play a key role in driving account growth & annual renewal. As an expert in operations and maintenance, combined with a passion for business development, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of account management, optimizing operational efficiency, and developing strategies to foster account growth. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs and requirements, providing strategic solutions and recommendations to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve growth objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to maximize account growth potential.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for account expansion.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide reports to management, outlining account performance, growth strategies, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support account growth objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that could impact account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments to provide insightful recommendations and strategies for growth.
  • Maintenance of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
