Responsabilities
  • Coordinate and program grid schedule for Bell Media's TV stations in Québec
  • Participate in the channel's programming strategies
  • Support the programming supervisor in the operations of the channel's scheduling
  • Carry out many follow-up link to the management and administration of the programming steps (inventory, CRTC reports, material reception…)
  • Work closely with internal Bell Media teams as well as with external partners, in order to secure the scheduling
  • Other connected tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passionate about television and good knowledge of the national and international television industry
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of television, distribution or any related fields
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Keen sense of judgement, organizational skills, rigor and very detailed oriented
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Aptitude for team work
  • Strong ability to coordinate projects in a media environment: ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize and propose solutions
  • Demonstrate change-management skills, flexibility and capacity to work under pressure are essentials
