Responsibilities
- Create and update sales documents, training documents or digital presentations
- Update our product rate card
- Provide quality customer services to our local sales representatives across the Quebec province
- Act as the digital expect with internal stakeholders when it comes to creating or modifying a digital contract
- Manage digital inventory requests, using Google Ad Managers or other
- Work collaboratively with the ad operations department on the many requests such as campaign performance report, account creation, product creation, etc
- Track digital campaign performance until the end to ensure optimal delivery
- Create the weekly digital sales report or any report needed upon request
- Proceed with account opening with our internal finance department
- All other related tasks related to the position
- Excellent knowledge of digital media
- Master Google Ad Manager is an asset
- Knowledge of the Placement IO & Triton software an asset, or have an ease and willingness to learn various databases
- Organized and flexible
- Able to establish priorities in your workload and respect deadlines
- Exercise discernment, initiative, creativity and autonomy
- Able work in team easily
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of English required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
