The Workday Success Plans Engagement Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of packaged services to customers worldwide. This role requires strong project management skills, with a focus on coordinating project execution, customer relationships, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities- Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services.
- Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies effectively.
- Become a specialist in Workday Success Plans offerings and educate customers throughout the project.
- Balance the needs of multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on your projects.
- Ensure projects are accurately planned and staffed.
- Collaborate with client project managers to identify and resolve issues impacting project scope or timeframe.
- Lead customer meetings and Workday internal operational meetings.
- Ensure customers can serve as references upon project completion.
- Complete project administration tasks, such as updating project forecasts and assisting with team scheduling.
Basic Qualifications:
Senior Workday Success Plans Engagement Manager (P4)
- 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
Senior Workday Success Plans Engagement Manager (P5)
- 8+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student Workday implementations in medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
- 8+ years of experience implementing Workday.
Other Qualifications:
- Passion for customer service.
- Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement.
- Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior executives, internally and externally.
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
