Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Ensure reception area is neat and tidy for incoming visitors
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and greet them with a friendly demeanor
- Appointment booking and scheduling
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Prepare boardrooms for meetings and ensure documentation is distributed beforehand
- Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience while holding the position of Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator
- Computer literacy skills, including proficient in MS Office
- Minimum of 45 WPM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for office and client success
