Responsibilities
â Routinely monitor account activity and balances utilizing various systems and reports.
Initiate contact with other companies to secure payment of outstanding invoices.
â Develop and maintain a positive customer relationship.
â Provide invoices and/or documentation as required to aid in escalation of payment.
â Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates while adhering to established
requirements and internal controls.
â Receive inbound calls and email correspondence from customers.
â Research and resolve dispute issues in a timely manner.
â Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and escalate for management feedback and
involvement as necessary.
â Analyze account balance and status to recommend credit holds due to non-payment.
â Perform collaboratively within a remote work environment interacting with appropriate teams to
provide notice of delinquency and obtain assistance in the collectionâs effort.
â Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
â Document outcome of all customer communications.
â Perform account analysis in Excel in response to customer inquiries

Qualifications
â 2 or more years of experience in B2B Collections
â Strong attention to the detail
â Positive outlook and the ability to work cooperatively with others
â Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
