As Site Administrator, you will be a “Servant Leader” who can anticipate the needs and problems of internal & external stakeholders before they become problems. Beyond being a “Servant Leader” you will lead activities to create a site culture that is everyone is excited to be part of.
This is a temporary position till December 31, 2024
Major Duties& Responsibilities :
Co-ordinate logistics for site-based events Collaborate with various stakeholders to either lead and/or contribute to special projects Conduct Site Administration tasks, such as processing courier deliveries, office supply management, site badge administration, service contractor co-ordination, etc. Support Site Leadership and Building Manager (external) regarding building issues Administer creation and tracking of yearly site budget Act as a Culture Ambassador in support of employee engagement
Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with varying degrees of complexity and time urgency with the appropriate level of attention to detail Flexible, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities An aptitude for challenging the norm and making “out of the box” suggestions Ability to work within a team or independently as required Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Teams Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote
Experience:
Possess either a College Office Administration diploma or have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative position in either a corporate or volunteer setting

Waterloo – Canada
Hours of employment:
25 to 30 hours per week / 5 to 6 hours per day during core office hours
Salary Range: $37,500 to $45,000
