What You Will Do:
- Apply your mechanical aptitude to install, repair and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry and dispensing equipment and systems; leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial kitchen and laundry appliances.
- Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customersâ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained
- Manage parts inventory, use, and cost; Complete required reporting of service work

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed High School Diploma or GED. Post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience)
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule and hours of work to meet the business needs of the customer
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Proof of covid vaccination may be required at some customer sites
Territory Coverage: Thunder Bay and the surrounding areas
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend coverage every other weekend. With weekend coverage, work week will be shortened. Â Â
Physical Demands:
- Lifting/Carrying - up to 100 lbs
- Bending/Stretching/Twisting - up to 50% of time
- Reaching - up to 50% of time; above, at and below shoulder level during installations
- Crouching/Kneeling/Crawling â about 30% of time
- Repetitive Movement - up to 50% of time
- Manual Dexterity - up to 50% of time to install, wire and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- Use of Power and Hand Tools - up to 50% of time
