Our client, a Canadian company providing quality stainless steel and nickel products to clients across Canada is looking for an Inside Sales Rep for the GTA North office.

Responsibilities
⢠Handle incoming requests from new and existing customers
⢠Converting incoming new client requests into sales opportunities, following up on warm leads
⢠Managing the sales cycle â prospecting, contacting, quoting, order management, etc.
⢠Handle client issues, supplier requests
⢠Familiarizing oneself with market conditions, industry and competitor standards
⢠Maintaining records on potential clients, sales-related activities, appointments, etc.
⢠Help to grow the company's revenue by providing excellent customer service

Qualifications
⢠Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, ideally coming from the stainless steel industry or steel manufacturing
⢠Hard worker, driven, wants to develop a long term career with a potential to grow within the organization
⢠Computer savvy, able to use multiple softwares (MS Office)
⢠Quick learner, adaptable, exceptional communication and presentation skills
⢠Must have a passion for sales and service
