Inside Sales Representative

Jonluca Neal is a leader in the organic and natural food distribution business is looking for a qualified and passionate **Insides Sales Representative **to join our growing team. The position is a **permanent, full-time** position based out of our head office in Vaughan, Ontario.
- Follow a pre-established call cycle to proactively secure orders from customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, finding opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to customers
- Inform customers of the availability of products, new pricing, promotions, flyers, case stack deals and offer possible substitutions to products ordered that are out of stock or discontinued
- Report customer complaints to the Sales Operations Manager in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing accounts
- Prospect and develop new business relationships/customer accounts when requested
- Attend all Trade Show events representing Inside Sales Group
**Qualifications**:
- An individual who is passionate about sales, and with the desire to be further developed in this area
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful
- Curious with a drive to learn
- Considered to have intermediate computer skills
- An Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- A highly organized, effective time manager, with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a team environment in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with order entry, invoicing and an ERP system are considered assets
