WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEÂ
As a Customer Service Representative, youâll:
Resolve technical issues
Assist in correcting billing concerns
Handling Escalations
Ensure excellent customer service is provided: with emphasis on demonstrating caring and empathy while taking ownership of each situation to provide first contact resolutionÂ
Ensure our clientsâ customers enjoy authentic experiences
Deliver expert customer experiencesâ¦with a smile
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
Minimum 1 year customer service
Completion of High School or equivalent to
Ability to work FT 8am-8pm (Hours of operation 7 days a week)
Ability to work onsite (THIS IS NOT A WORK AT HOME POSITION)
Background clearance etc.
Pass a language assessment, typing test, multitasking and navigation.
Eagerness to learn new technologiesÂ
Strong work ethic
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Eagerness to learn new technologies
