Responsibilities:

Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software problems originating in both the flight training devices and facility.
Test, calibration of visual systems of a Full Flight Simulators.
Test, calibration of the sound and audio system Respond to customers' training-related needs in a courteous and timely manner to ensure that flight training equipment is consistently reliable and available.
Perform logistical/administrative duties as required.
Shift work and international travel required (up to 6 months per year, approx. 2 weeks per trip).

Your Profile:

Technical diploma or degree in aviation or electronics or equivalent relevant experience.
Thorough understanding of computer/simulator architecture, particularly relationships between system components.
Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge of how to use electronic testing equipment.
Ability to learn and apply skills in the flight simulator environment in order to maintain and operate all required equipment.
Strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills, particularly for technical information.
Able to work alone or as part of a dynamic technical team.
Experience in flight simulator or aviation environment an asset.
Understanding of visual projector and auto calibration systems.
