LOCATION: Centennial Mazda, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full time, permanent, 40+ hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:15pm.
WAGES: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
JOB TASKS:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, in person or over the phone
- Document clients' concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
- Provide shuttle services for clients
- Provide information on service options, costs, and timelines.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow effectively.
- Communicate with technicians and team members for timely repairs.
- Keep clients updated on repair progress and address concerns.
- Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Warranty administration (managing and processing claims with manufacture)
