Job Summary

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for launching and managing key information on our website including the assortment, promotions, product and category information. The analysis of the website’s performance through web and sales metrics to continuously improve the website is a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and supervise the ongoing operations of the brands’ e-commerce site and supported marketing material;
  • Align all E-commerce activity (web layout, site navigation, personalization tools, promotional activities) to achieve and surpass objectives of performance according to these metrics;
  • Continuously improve the online experience by ensuring the key tools on the website are effective and are maximizing the sales conversion process with respect to navigation and search;
  • Effectively coordinate with a team of skilled creative and technical people that design, develop and maintain the web experience aligned with the Brand’s creative vision;
  • Supervise online customer experience to increase retention, conversion and customer satisfaction KPI’s;
  • Enhance the online store performance through site analysis and metric reviews;
  • Influence and execute digital best practices to ensure quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and e-commerce growth;
  • Review analyseswith multiple teams (e-commerce, planning and allocation) to plan future online activities;
  • Define and effectively manages project expectations with the digital team and divisional stakeholders;
  • Run regular A/Btests on the web site to improve sales and customer engagement;
  • Develop briefs for the online production team, manages marketing and e-commerce calendar.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of merchandising experience in an e-commerce organization;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or Digital Marketing or similar degree preferred;
  • Experience withShopify ;
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint or similar presentation applications;
  • Experience in an agency environment, an asset;
  • Communicate with tact and diplomacy;
    written communication is clear, concise, and understandable;
  • Excellent problem solving skills, accurately defines problems and uses facts to come to a reasonable solution;
  • Strong sense ofinitiative, actively influences events, goes over and above task requirements;
  • Plans and organizes work, initiates action to achieve optimal results, meets established schedules and plans.

Responsabilités

  • Lancer et superviser les opérations courantes du site web de commerce électronique de la marque et du matériel de marketing connexe ;
  • Aligner toutes les activités de commerce électronique (mise en page Web, navigation du site, outils de personnalisation, activités promotionnelles) pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de performance selon ces métriques ;
  • Améliorer continuellement l'expérience en ligne en s'assurant que les outils clés du site Web sont efficaces et maximisent le processus de conversion des ventes en ce qui a trait à la navigation et à la recherche ;
  • Coordonner efficacement avec une équipe qualifiée composée de créatifs et de techniciens qui conçoivent, développent et maintiennent l'expérience Web alignée sur la vision créative de la marque ;
  • Superviser l'expérience client en ligne pour augmenter les KPI de rétention, de conversion et de satisfaction client ;
  • Améliorez les performances de la boutique en ligne grâce à l'analyse du site et à l'examen des métriques ;
  • Influencer et exécuter les meilleures pratiques numériques pour assurer la qualité, la productivité, la satisfaction de la clientèle et la croissance du commerce électronique ;
  • Examiner les analyses avec plusieurs équipes (e-commerce, planification et allocation) pour planifier les futures activités en ligne ;
  • Définir et gérer efficacement les attentes du projet avec l'équipe numérique et les intervenants de la division ;
  • Exécuter des tests A/B réguliers sur le site Web pour améliorer les ventes et l'engagement des clients ;
  • Développer des briefs pour l'équipe de production en ligne, gérer le calendrier marketing et commerce électronique.

Exigences

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en marchandisage dans une organisation de commerce électronique;
  • Baccalauréat enmarchandisage ou marketing numérique ou diplôme similaire préféré ;
  • Expérience avecShopify ;
  • Connaissance dePowerPoint ou d'applications de présentation semblables ;
  • Expérience en agence, un atout;
  • Communiquer avec tact et diplomatie ;
    la communication écriteest claire, concise et compréhensible ;
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, définition précise des problèmes et utilisation des faits pour arriver à une solution raisonnable ;
  • Fort sens de l'initiative, influence activement les événements, va au-delà des exigences de la tâche ;
  • Planifie et organise le travail, prend des mesures pour obtenir des résultats optimaux, respecte les échéanciers et les plans établis.
