Join us in delivering excellence and creating a memorable and uplifting experience for our clientsRole OverviewAs our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions and handling a variety of tasks to support their needs. This is a full time, on-site role that cannot be worked remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include:Providing friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email and in-personProcessing online orders via eclipseawards.com, greenbuildingawards.ca and theaweseomeawards.org, and manually entering email and phone ordersGenerating quotes for clientsEnsuring clients approve artwork in a timely mannerManaging multiple orders with varying timelinesOverseeing logistics and shipping to ensure that all orders are delivered on timeFollowing up with clients to ensure all expectations were metRequired SkillsWe welcome experienced applicants, though we will also provide training to a entry-level candidate with the right attitude and outlook. Ideally we are looking for someone who brings:a positive attitude and strong work ethican instinct for customer service and anticipating client needsgreat communication skills in person, written, and on the phonethoughtfulness and curiosity, with an aptitude for learninga keen eye for detail as well as an ability to see the bigger picturea good memory and organizational skillsstrong keyboard skills, plus familiarity and ease with basic office software and technologythe ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrentlyBonus points if you also have:an eye for designan interest in efficiency and environmental sustainabilityexperience with social media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and/or TikToksome sales or customer service experienceThis is an important role in a small team.
