Ce que vous ferez

Notre équipe des ventes internes joue un rôle essentiel dans la croissance de nos ventes, en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel .

Au quotidien, vous allez :

  • proposer des solutions techniques efficaces sur l’emploi de tous nos produits et informer les clients des nouveaux produits
  • répondre aux demandes de support des représentants aux ventes; transmettre toutes informations sur nos produits aux clients (prix, nouvelle littérature, etc.)
  • participer à la rédaction de documentations commerciales aussi que s’assurer que les clients disposent de la documentation appropriée à leur activité
  • travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes, l’ingénierie et la production. 
  • la formation aux clients/Ingénieurs Conseil/Acheteurs, sur le logiciel de sélection des serpentins électriques et humidificateurs (Humidisoft)

Ce que nous recherchons

Vos qualifications

• DEC en mécanique du bâtiment ou diplôme professionnel

• Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication

• Souci du détail, approche bien organisé et pragmatique

• Bonne connaissance de l’informatique : connaissance de MS Office

Vos atouts 

• Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience directe dans un rôle similaire ou dans l'industrie de CVAC 

• Connaissance des systèmes de ventilations de bâtiment commercial et industriel

• Bilingue
