Support with immigration and PR applications (responsibilities for this job align with unit group 63102 – Financial Services Representative)
Work remotely and train remotely
Medical and Dental Benefits or tax-free cash incentive
Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
Resolve customer account discrepancies
Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Must be bilingual (French/English)
Have strong communication and computer navigation skills
One year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment is an asset
Collection experience is considered an asset
