What You'll Do:

  • CRM Tool Selection and Configuration: Evaluate and select the most suitable CRM tools, such as Tidio, Gorgias, or other leading solutions, to meet our specific needs. Set up and configure these systems to provide streamlined, efficient customer service. Customize responses, triggers, and integration points to ensure seamless customer interactions across all platforms.
  • Personalization Initiatives: Utilize AI and other technologies within the chosen CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and tailor communication strategies. Develop dynamic content and targeted messaging that adapts to user behaviors and preferences.
  • Communication Channel Integration: Link all communication channels, including email, social media, and live chat, within the CRM platform to create a cohesive and unified customer interaction system.
  • Data Management and Integration: Oversee the migration of existing customer data and the existing customer support library into the chosen CRM platform, ensuring security and compliance with data protection regulations. Integrate these systems with other marketing and sales tools to create a unified approach to customer interactions.
  • System Optimization and Staff Training: Design the CRM system to facilitate easy monitoring and management of customer interactions. Train internal teams to effectively use the system, empowering them to maintain and optimize CRM functionalities independently after the project completion.
  • Performance System Setup: Establish a simple yet comprehensive system for the team to use for regular performance checks and optimizations post-implementation.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is eligible to work in Canada and ideally aged between 18-30.
  • Has proven experience in CRM tool implementation, with familiarity in platforms like Tidio, Gorgias, or other comparable systems.
  • Possesses strong technical proficiency with CRM software, chatbots, and automation tools.
  • Is highly analytical and a problem-solver, capable of managing complex projects independently.
  • Has a robust understanding of sales processes and digital marketing strategies.
  • Has excellent communication skills for training and supporting our team.
