  • Helpen bij het leveren van uitzonderlijke spelervaringen aan Holland Casino klanten door uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
  • Vragen beantwoorden van bestaande klanten via chat, e-mail en/of telefoon (bijv. inlogproblemen, betalingen, opnames, bonussen, verantwoord spelen en algemene voorwaarden).
  • Een professionele en vriendelijke benadering gebruiken bij het helpen bij klantvragen.
  • Je inzetten om elk probleem van de klant op te lossen.
  • De procedures van ons bedrijf volgen en je houden aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • De vooraf bepaalde persoonlijke en teamdoelen behalen.

  • Hebt goede mondelinge en schriftelijke Nederlandse vaardigheden.
  • Beschikt over goede computervaardigheden.
