Our client is one of the fastest growing asset-based 3PL company in Canada, providing specialized Fulfillment services on a national scale. As the Director of Fulfillment Operations, you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced Logistics environment, leveraging your strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and deep understanding of supply chain management. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery throughout the organization.


Key qualifications for this role include a proven track record in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and achieving business goals. Your ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

In person- 100% on site

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the fulfillment team, setting clear objectives and performance targets to drive operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Warehouse Management and Final Mile Delivery, to streamline processes and ensure smooth handovers at each stage of the supply chain.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced fulfillment or logistics environment.
Deep understanding of warehouse management and logistics with 3-5 years experience managing a team
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.
Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and software applications.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
