INDUSTRY :
Healthcare/ Supply Chain

DESCRIPTION:

  1. Monitor systems, debug and identify solutions to Data Hub application and resolve them
  2. Enhance monitoring and automation to existing systems in order to increase visibility of issues and reduce support load
  3. Work on enhancements and improvements to existing solutions
  4. Ensure all issues are properly logged
  5. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  6. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  7. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.G. software developers)
  8. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  9. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  10. Follow up with clients to ensure systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  11. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering;

2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support ;
Experience and knowledgeof ETL and ETL/ETL ToolsMicrosoft's Business Intelligence Suite (primarily SSIS);
SSAS, SSRS area plus

Matillion, Qlik, PL/SQL are a plus

  1. Ability to work independently or as part of a group under limited supervision;
  2. Experience working with JIRA and GitHub ;
    Experience with CI/CD Team player with the ability to motivate and be a positive role model for people.
  3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (once monthly, work 3 hours over a weekend );
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (French is a plus).

Description

Ce que vous ferez :

  1. Surveiller les systèmes, déboguer et identifier les solutions aux applications SQL Server et les résoudre;
  2. Améliorer la surveillance et l'automatisation pour accroître la visibilité des problèmes;
  3. Travailler à l'amélioration des solutions existantes;
  4. S'assurer que tous les problèmes sont correctement enregistrés;
  5. Poser aux clients des questions ciblées pour comprendre rapidement l'origine du problème;
  6. Expliquer aux clients une série d'actions, par téléphone, par e-mail ou par chat, jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient résolu un problème technique;
  7. Transmettre correctement les problèmes non résolus aux équipes internes appropriées (par exemple, les développeurs de logiciels);
  8. Fournir un retour d'information rapide et précis aux clients;
  9. Hiérarchiser etgérer plusieurs problèmes ouverts en même temps;
  10. Faire un suivi auprès des clients pour s'assurer que les systèmes sont entièrement fonctionnels après le problème;
  11. Documenter les connaissances techniques sous forme de notes et de manuels.

Qui vous êtes :

  1. Baccalauréat en sciences informatiques ou en génie informatique;
  2. Au moins 2 ans d’expérience pratique en tant que support en informatique;
  3. Expérience et connaissance outils ETL

Business Intelligence Suite de Microsoft (principalement SSIS) ;
SSAS, SSRS sont un plus.

Matillion

Qlik, PL/SQL est un plus

  1. Capacité de travailler de façon autonome ou au sein d’un groupe sous une supervision limitée;
  2. Expérience de travail avec JIRA et la gestion de code source;
  3. Esprit d’équipeavec la capacité de motiver les gens et d’être un modèle positif pour eux.
  4. Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches.
  5. Capacité à participer à une rotation sur appel (3 heures par semaine);
  6. Fortes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en anglais et en français.
