We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the first impression of our hotel. Your expertise in team leadership, guest services, and operational efficiency will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, train, and support the front desk team, while fostering a positive work environment.
Guest Services: Ensure exceptional customer service, and handle guest concerns promptly.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain an organized front desk area, ensure policy compliance, and manage reservation systems.
Financial Management: Handle transactions, balance cash drawers, and monitor/control front desk expenses.
Generate and analyze reports on performance and satisfaction and maintain accurate records.
Completion of a post-secondary program (degree or diploma) in hospitality or hotel management
~3 years' experience supervising a guest services team in a hotel setting
~ Before applying, ask yourself – am I a Canadian citizen or permanent resident? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8-hour shifts in a continuous operation
