Titre : Expert Technique, Ingénierie, Performance Avion

L’équipe de Performance Avion a la responsabilité de fournir les données de performance certifiées et opérationnelles qui définissent les aptitudes de nos avions. Nous contribuons au développement de nouveaux avions ou d’avions dérivés et nous participons au maintien de la navigabilité de nos avions en service. L’équipe participe aussi aux activités liées aux essais en vol et interagit avec les différentes agences de certification afin de rencontrer tous les requis de sécurité et de navigabilités.

Dans votre rôle idéal, vous allez
  • Calculer, analyser et documenter des données de performances certifiées et/ou opérationnelles :
  • Générer des données de performance pour le FMS et les manuels de vols,
  • Générer des données de performance en support aux campagnes de ventes;
  • Développer ou modifier des modèles de performance de l’avion à partir de données d’essais en vol ou de soufflerie ou à partir d’analyses;
  • Contribuer au développement, la validation, le maintien et la documentation de logiciel de performance de l’avion;
  • Rédiger des notes techniques démontrant la conformité aux règles de navigabilité;
  • Planifier et soutenir des essais en soufflerie et des essais en vol, et valider tous les résultats techniques obtenus;
  • Offrir un support à la production des avions en analysant des rapports de non-conformité ayant un impact sur l’aérodynamique;
  • Définir et mettre en places des méthodes et processus pour améliorer l’efficacité.
En tant que notre candidat idéal
  • Vous possédez un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou en aéronautique ainsi qu’un minimum de 11 a 14 années d’expérience en performance de l’avion pour des phases de développement et de certification d’un nouvel avion et/ou en support aux avions en service;
  • Vous avez une connaissance fonctionnelle des requis de certification Section 25 (« Part 25 »);
  • Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes au niveau interpersonnel ainsi qu’en communication orale et écrite en anglais afin de bien fonctionner en équipe et de dialoguer avec les autres groupes, les fournisseurs et les gestionnaires. La connaissance du français est un atout;
  • Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes en programmation (FORTRAN, Visual basic, C++ et C#), ainsi qu’une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'environnement UNIX;
  • Vous travaillez bien en équipe, vous êtes motivé et possédez un bon leadership ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes analytiques.
  • Vous pouvez travailler de façon indépendante, vous démontrez de l'initiative afin d'atteindre les objectifs qui vous sont assignés et vous travaillez bien dans l’environnement dynamique d’une petite équipe.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la direction d'un petit groupe de personnes pour accomplir des tâches à moyen et long terme.
  • Vous avez une expérience significative dans le développement, les tests et la certification des données FMS Vspeeds et Performance.
