The Field Sales Representative will meet category objectives and overall sales revenue targets for his/her designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall development of Fox Powersports, MTB and Lifestyle products. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding new retail partners, selling in products & programs, merchandising, and maintaining inventory levels of Fox products. This person is ultimately responsible for how Fox shows up at retail, in the respective territory.This position reports to the National Sales Director is based out of Ontario. As the Field Sales Powersports Representative, you will have an opportunity to: Conduct regular sales calls to established accounts.Maintain a structured sales call and travel schedule.Collaborate with accounts to manage the Fox brand.Assist with merchandising, seasonal updates, and custom needs.Develop merchandising plans for new and existing accounts.Identify new business opportunities within the account base.Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales.Stay updated on products and technologies.Train account staff on new products and ongoing training.Follow up on customer needs to ensure satisfaction.Generate sales orders during visits.Report competitive conditions and customer feedback.Uphold ethical relationships in line with company goals.Attend sales meetings and training for product knowledge.Foster productive relationships with sales associates and managers.Maintain a professional image and complete reports timely.Provide customers with B2B training and product information.Analyze market conditions and develop a sales forecast.Implement a sales plan to meet goals.Handle customer warranty returns and documentation.Communicate company policies and customer feedback to managementYou have: Bachelor’s degree in sales or closely related field with three years of relevant sales or equivalent combined education and on the job experienceProven proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applicationsDeveloped knowledge of the industry within the given marketExperience with Lightspeed, DX1, Ascend and other retail POS software systemsGeneral knowledge of Motocross, Supercross, Off-road Motorcycle riding and racing, Mountain biking & Outdoor IndustryStrong customer service orientationA valid driver’s license and proven safe driving recordRead, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, etc.You might have: Consumer products experienceFamiliarity with and experience in motorcycle, bicycle, and or action sports apparel industry
