As a Student for our Human Resources team at the Senneville location, you will be completing administrative tasks related to the human resources processes as well as responding to employees' questions.

Completing administrative tasks for human resources processes including but not limited to employee file scanning and filing and confirmation of employment letters;
Responding to employee queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies;
Providing professional and positive employee experience in a timely manner (in person, on the phone and via email).
Pursuing degree in Human Resources or other relevant degree;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Bilingualism (French/English) spoken and written is required.

Transportation : We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Schedule : We are looking for a candidate that can work part-time (minimum 15 hrs) during the school year on weekdays and full time (37.5 hrs) during summer.

The Corporate Functions provide operational support across Charles River in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Corporate Development. Charles River is an early-stage contract research organization (CRO).
