Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in managing various administrative tasks.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Experience working in a dental office is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.50 per hour
