Shipping Clerk – FloChem Division

Guelph, ON

About the position:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse and tank farm.

What you’ll do:

-Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
-Assist with inventory adjustments
-Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork, railcar paperwork, tracking and placement
-Tote tracking, labelling, and retirement/unretired
-Process order receipts and completion
-Credit memos
-Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation

 

What we would like from you:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse (bulk or package goods)
-Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills 
-Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and
Microsoft Office suite preferred
