**Materials Clerk**

**Position Summary**:
The Materials Clerk reports directly to the Materials Supervisor or Materials Manager and assists the Materials Coordinator. The Materials Clerk is responsible for shipping and receiving functions of the business as well as delivering detail reports and maintaining efficient tracking systems.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Complete, file, and maintain materials documents
- Detailed reporting
- Shipping and receiving function
- Coordinating customer and vendor pickups and returns

**Minimum Requirements**
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
