Reporting to the Director of operations, the Bartender is responsible for ensuring high-quality service and contributing to creating a memorable experience for customers.
Welcome and serve customers at the bar courteously and professionally.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and well-known popular recipes.
Maintain a clean and well-organized bar, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Manage beverage stocks, place orders, and ensure restocking.
Handle payments accurately and manage the bar cash register.
Contribute to the creation of new cocktails and beverages to expand the menu.
Collaborate with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Any other related tasks to ensure the quality of the department's service.
Previous experience as a bartender is an asset.
In-depth knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Adherence to food hygiene and safety standards.
Languages: English is mandatory
