You are an experienced PMIS Manager with 8 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment. You are also passionate about project management information systems (PMIS) and their ability to streamline processes.
The PMIS Implementation Manager serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the discovery, design, implementation, and onboarding process. Lead the PMIS implementation project from start to finish, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new PMIS system.
Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance and promote user buy-in.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
Document project activities, milestones, and lessons learned.
A bachelor’s degree in project management, project controls, engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least five years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar roles.
Experience in project management or implementation management, requiring 5+ years in the field.
Proficiency in technical product and system installation, with the ability to create technical implementation strategies and provide staff-level guidance.
Proven ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
