(Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Precision Agronomy Lead will be responsible for leading the Crop360 VR program, a pioneering initiative in precision agronomy. You will be responsible for implementing and promoting Crop360 VR within the trade area, managing mapped areas, prescription writing, and facilitating on-ground mapping and soil sampling. You will also work with SWAT Maps technology to optimize nutrient placement in fields. The ideal candidate should have a passion for precision agronomy, a strong grasp of logistics and technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. This role emphasizes building the business through referrals and collaborating with the current sales team to introduce and promote this innovative technology to existing customers.

Precision Agronomy Leader
Lead implementation of Crop360 VR program.
Manage mapping, sampling and prescription writing.
Crop360 Staff and Retail Training
Organize and execute training for agronomists during off season.

Data Management
Manage customer billing.
Drive significant acre growth by expanding the adoption of Crop360 VR technology across the trade area, targeting a substantial increase in the number of acres managed under precision agronomy practices.
A degree in Agriculture or a related field is an asset.

specifically, in horticulture and/or field crops.
~ Agriculture Tech background is considered an asset.
~ Certified Crop Advisor Designation considered an asset and encouraged for professional development.
~ Driver’s license required.
~ Effective time management skills.
Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft office programs.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions (fields and storage).
