We are in search of a dedicated Skilled Labourer with expertise in pipeline coating. This role demands hands-on proficiency in coating pipelines to ensure their longevity and safety. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in various pipeline coating techniques, combined with a solid work ethic and commitment to quality.
Coating Application: Implement coatings to pipelines, ensuring a seamless and efficient application that adheres to industry and company standards.
# Prepare pipeline surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, or other methods as required.
# Utilize various tools and equipment related to pipeline coating, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and safe operation.
# Inspection & Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all coated sections for adherence to quality standards, identifying and rectifying any deficiencies.
# Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure timely and quality coating processes.
# Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest coating techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
2+ years of experience in pipeline coating or a related field.
~ Familiarity with the tools and equipment used in pipeline coating.
~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
~ Certification in pipeline coating or related field.
Knowledge of various coating materials and their applications.
Experience with automated coating machinery.
