Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Food Counter Attendant(FCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle transactions, support kitchen operations while following health and safety standards in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner. Take orders and process payments using the point of sale system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment. Stock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional way. Communicate and cooperate with other staff members and managers. A valid proserve certificate or willingness to obtain one Skills: To be a successful fast food attendant, you should have: A friendly, outgoing personality Experience in the food service industry is preferred, however will train the right candidate Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing, cash handling procedures Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices Ability to work well in a team environment, follow instructions, multitask and provide excellent customer service Basic mathematical and computer skills for accurate order processing Willingness to learn and adapt to changes on as need basis Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and statutory holidays Join our team as a FCA to contribute to a positive customer experience while gaining valuable experience in the food industry.
