Role Summary

The Content Programming Manager (CPM) is responsible for making movie and/or TV content decisions for our aviation clients. It is expected that CPMs are passionate about content and can use their enthusiasm and knowledge to effectively curate airlines’ content libraries – balancing client satisfaction and Anuvu’s commercial content strategy. CPMs may support one or more accounts, depending on the volume of content, the frequency of refresh cycles, and the complexity of the account. They will be focused on meeting customers’ content requirements, either individually selecting content that will resonate with their passengers, or working with our subscription planning team to adapt pre-existing curated bundles.

Once CPMs have made their content recommendations to an airline, they will be expected to document their final content selections to trigger the delivery supply chain.

Location: Toronto, Canada

Remote Options : Remote, with travel to customers in Toronto.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Select movie and/or TV content for aviation clients based on their customers profiles and contractual requirements
  • Screen content when necessary to assess quality and relevance to client
  • Produce client-facing presentations illustrating content recommendations using a variety of tools
  • Manage internal paperwork to document content selections for our Operations team to order and process
  • Categorize content effectively onboard into genre, themed or creative collections
  • Persuade and influence content selection choices to maximize profitability
  • Research using a variety of tools necessary available assets (e.g language tracks, edited versions, HD/4K)
  • Actively improve the quality of our clients’ onboard product through curation and continuous improvement
  • Research upcoming content (major studios, niche, regional, emerging, or independent content) to identify titles that would align well with our clients’ content strategy
  • Assist with creative ideas for RFP submissions across movies and TV content
  • Escalate issues to management as they arise to ensure adherence to deadlines and risk is mitigated

Description du poste

Le responsable de la programmation (CPM) est chargé de prendre des décisions en matière de contenu cinématographique et/ou télévisuel pour nos clients du secteur de l'aviation. On attend des CPM qu'ils soient passionnés par le contenu et qu'ils puissent utiliser leur enthousiasme et leurs connaissances pour gérer efficacement les bibliothèques de contenu des compagnies aériennes, en conciliant la satisfaction du client et la stratégie commerciale d'Anuvu en matière de contenu. Les CPM peuvent prendre en charge un ou plusieurs comptes, en fonction du volume de contenu, de la fréquence des cycles de rafraîchissement et de la complexité du compte. Ils se concentreront sur la satisfaction des exigences des clients en matière de contenu, soit en sélectionnant individuellement le contenu qui conviendra à leurs passagers, soit en travaillant avec notre équipe de planification des abonnements afin d'adapter les offres groupées préexistantes.

Une fois que les CPM auront fait leurs recommandations de contenu à une compagnie aérienne, ils devront documenter leurs sélections finales de contenu pour déclencher la chaîne logistique de livraison.

· Améliorer activement la qualité des produits à bord pour nos clients par le biais de la conservation et de l'amélioration continue.

· Rechercher les contenus à venir (grands studios, contenus de niche, régionaux, émergents ou indépendants) afin d'identifier les titres susceptibles de s'aligner sur la stratégie de contenu de nos clients

· Participer à l'élaboration d'idées créatives pour les demandes de propositions concernant les films et le contenu télévisuel

· Faire remonter les problèmes à la direction au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent afin de garantir le respect des délais et l'atténuation des risques
