**WHO YOU ARE**:
Working collaboratively across the Content Programming & Marketing Department, you play the leading role of an administration virtuoso, ensuring that several key functions of the Content Programming department are flawlessly executed. From gathering critical data, to articulating essential reporting, from acting as a liaison for your team and external partners, to supporting our Film Bookers or Theatre Teams when required. You’ll certainly get a taste of dynamic work in this role. You understand the importance of detail and accuracy, and you meticulously comb through information to ensure that the payable processes are completed without error. As a go-to problem solver, you support our Theatre Teams through some of our busiest times, helping to ensure that films are playing, and Guests receive our exceptional movie going experience. Each day in this role, you’ll demonstrate your outstanding skills in Guest and Customer Relations... and you LOVE movies
**THE JOB**:
**Location**: _This is a flexible hybrid position, based out of our Toronto or Waterloo Office_
- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and populating film titles, film distributors, film categorization, and film information across KMM and Vista platforms in a timely fashion
- Liaise with all major and minor film Studios weekly to maintain up to date release schedule for all theatrical content available
- Timely entry of all Hollywood, International, and Alternative Content films from the Release Schedule and maintaining Alternative Content price card information in Film Release Schedule
- Setting up of new film titles according to the Film Setup Guide, categorizing films for accurate reporting, enabling theatre showtime creation, and maintaining accuracy of film database information
- Responsible for full cycle setup of new film distributors by reaching out to new distributors directly for account and financial settlement information
- Responsible for maintaining accuracy of Film Release Schedule across all data points
- Process Weekly Film Payables
- Ensure each film due for payment has an assigned film rent in VISTA
- Produce film payable and export reports for payment
- Maintain inventory of all film export batches processed for payment
- Monthly - audit film exports against master film term database, sign and maintain record of approval for annual audit
- Execute additional administrative tasks supporting the entire department, including but not limited to: Advance Tickets - Reporting & Communication, Flat Booking Invoicing, 3D/2D Report, CCDI reporting, Thursday Advance Sales Report, Box Office reports using InfoWorks and PowerBI platforms, Telefilm Canadian Content Subsidy reporting, Content Allocation Tracking, Park the Stroller/Sensory Friendly Program Tracking, Screening Calendar Updates
- Accountable for Programming and activating advance pre-sales
- Responsible for assisting all theatres with missing keys and/or DCP/e-delivery content in a timely manner - communicating with delivery partners and Studios to rectify missing or inaccessible content prior to first show time
- Provide Theatre Agencies assistance when required, including booking support, invoicing, client relationship management, etc.
