Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of Cash Management On-boarding migration projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments, and goals.Project manage complex and multi-product implementations by assembling, mobilizing, and motivating teams to set direction, approach, identify gaps to lead projects to conclusion.Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables ensuring accountability for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved guidelines and scope.Candidate will partner with and serve as the primary advocate between clients, treasury solution salesforce, implementation / servicing teams, and payments product team to answer questions, address client-specific requirements, and guide the client on-boarding experience, enabling consistency and accuracy.Lead the planning & implementation of projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverablesDevelop project plans, tasks, and resource requirementsAssemble and coordinate project staff to ensure optimum project resource allocationManage, plan, and track schedule project timelines using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to project teamConstantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsImplement and manage project changes to achieve project outcomesDemonstrates ownership and accountability through a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to increase capabilitiesSupports management by leading change when required in support of Bank and Client strategies.Programs/Technologies: Microsoft 365JIRA/ConfluenceMust-have: Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment, as this is an intense high volume transaction role requiring above average organizational skills and a provide capacity for coping with incoming and outgoing call / email volumesProven technical understanding of complex file structures, connectivity and ERP platformsProject managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, notably the ability to straddle high-level / strategic client conversations and technical nuances of product platformCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsPlanning, organizing, and decision-makingNice-to-have: 5+ years of experience & strong subject knowledge in commercial banking and cash managementExperience in commercial relationship management role(s) within a financial institutionSolid ISO 20022 industry knowledgeFrench
