You have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our wellness experience
Execute marketing campaigns, and monitor results, and report findings to the leadership team
Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and conversions
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy
Develop and execute robust, personalized email marketing strategy with a deep understanding of the customer journey
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers
Write engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, email newsletters, and print collateral
Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to produce marketing materials that align with the brand identity and messaging
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
Support in the development and coordination of our influencer and ambassador projects
Develop and optimize digital advertising campaigns
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools, and prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations with the management team

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various marketing channels
Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management platforms
Strong graphic design skills and great sense of aesthetic (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Location: Remote possible with in-person meetings based in and around Vancouver
Flexible part-time schedule with the opportunity for growth (15 - 20 hrs/week)
