War Room is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing Brand team to help our agency generate more leads. If you are:

- Experienced with driving lead generation through various marketing channels
- Expanding brand reach and awareness
- Resourceful and strategic when it comes to various digital marketing tactics

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys both in-house and agency work, flexing those creative muscles, and utilizing digital strategy to get results.

The position is full-time in the office, with two optional remote days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing.
- You’ll strategize and execute lead generation and sales enablement tactics for War Room’s brand. Working with the rest of the Brand Team, you’ll bring your digital expertise and identify and execute various marketing tactics to drive revenue. The goal is to expand our online presence, drive leads, and ultimately help grow our business.
- Develop and execute digital strategies to increase performance in lead conversions
- Research insights on: key market and client drivers, competitive positions, approaches, trends etc
- Develop new ideas for user journey improvements, expansion of existing channels, and other growth tactics
- Strategize, suggest and develop projects to create content to support lead generation
- Plan, launch, and test new initiatives, capture and analyze the results, and implement improvements
- Collaborate with team with the goal of optimizing website conversions
- Monitor and measure digital traffic, social media and Google Analytics to ensure tactics are optimized for performance
- Decide on the appropriate placement of ads and social content
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Support in SEO for War Room’s website

Skills + Experience.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. (B2B is an asset)
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and social media
- Skills in sales enablement and general digital marketing tactics
- Experience in lead generation and growing brands
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated, driven, resourceful, proactive, go-getter attitude in everything you do
- Highly organized and demonstrate self-leadership
- A strong desire to succeed and to build a long-term career with a unique, innovative, growing organization
- Ability to maintain job performance and a positive attitude in an entrepreneurial organization that is going through hyper-growth
