SGP is a Purchasing Network, an organization committed to providing unmatched customer service, comprehensive network support, and innovative solutions to the Senior Care Market.

The position has responsibility in three key areas: sales/marketing, program compliance and client retention. The position works closely with the Regional Director Sales Quebec and Atlantic Canada and SGP Sales / Purchasing team to design, implement and administer programs that support both short- and long-term strategic objectives of the Company.

Lead business development and client retention efforts in Eastern Quebec and New Brunswick to strategically drive sales and business development within the assigned territory.
Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events.
Manage chain accounts and conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Analyze territory data to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and inform decision-making.
Focus on expanding and strengthening the SGP base business by developing strong business relationships in a competitive market to drive client retention and revenue growth.
Education & Language: Post-secondary education in business or healthcare services is required. Bilingual in French and English.

~ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development or sales, preferably within LTC, retirement, or senior living sectors.

~ Business Development & Strategy: Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships, develop annual business plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
