We’re looking for our next Managing Director, QuestX Leader. Consequently, the Managing Director, QuestX Leader role is geared towards someone who has a bias toward action and is motivated by the opportunity to drive significant change and innovation within the Canadian financial services sector.


Investing, Mortgage, Insurance, and Banking. This is an exciting time to join the organization to propel our mission of helping Canadians become much more financially successful and secure. What’s it like working as a Managing Director, QuestX Leader at Questrade?


The Managing Director, QuestX Leader is responsible for leading a team that organizes, develops, catalyzes, and executes Questrade’s cross-Journey strategic pursuits, and creates competitive advantages through cross-Journey synergies.


Identification of creative and intelligent ways to package, combine or augment cross-Journey specific offerings to meet external market needs (e.g., Identifying and driving the execution of potential business opportunities and partnerships that align with Questrade’s strategic direction, to amplify the economics across the Journeys
So are YOU our next Managing Director, QuestX Leader? Are a thought leader with 10+ years’ Canadian Fin-Tech experience leading digital product management portfolios with a speciality in digital financial services, including consumer technology, both common and leading as well as digital/mobile first interactions and experiences
Are an innovative and strategic thinker with a lens on execution, change leadership, customer-centricity, empathetic listening, relationship building, coaching and mentoring and collaboration
Have polished business acumen, with a focus on accountability, decision-making, delivering results, networking, innovation, agile and conflict management
Have advanced knowledge of digital products, financial products, value management and realization, integrated planning, workforce management and allocation
Have strong proficiency to influence, negotiate and partner with the senior leadership team. Leading with both unwavering integrity and commercial thinking. Are agile, innovative and takes initiative
Have technical competence to provide subject matter expertise and challenge status quo when appropriate
