We leverage our in-house production team, JoyBox Studios, along with a robust Creator network to develop engaging content relevant to Gen Z and young Millennials.
We then distribute that content to over 41 million followers across our 66 owned-and-operated channels on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, including the iconic @gaming, @gamer and @gamelancer handles.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as Community Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our gaming community, enhancing engagement, and cultivating a thriving and inclusive environment. As our Community Director, you will develop and support the execution of our Community Engagement and Content strategies. Responsibilities: Community Growth and Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to attract and grow our gaming community across different platforms, including forums, social media, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive community culture by fostering meaningful interactions, addressing concerns, and promoting a welcoming environment for all members.
Regularly monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, such as active users, feedback, sentiment, and participation, to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate initiatives.
Content Creator Program: Design and execute a content creator program to identify, recruit, and collaborate with talented gaming content creators, streamers, and influencers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch.

Establish guidelines, incentives, and support systems to encourage and empower content creators to produce engaging and high-quality content aligned with our brand values and community interests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, providing ongoing communication, resources, and recognition to foster loyalty and advocacy.
Content Strategy and Execution:
Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the interests and preferences of our gaming community across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch.
Create engaging content across various formats, such as articles, videos, live-streams, social media posts, and events, to entertain, educate, and inspire our community.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency, brand alignment, and optimal user experience.
Innovative Community Growth Strategies:
Research and identify new channels, platforms, and trends in the gaming community space, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch, to expand our reach and engage with a broader audience.
Recommend and implement innovative strategies, campaigns, and initiatives on these platforms to continuously evolve and strengthen our community presence.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch to leverage new opportunities and drive community growth.
Relationship Building and Advocacy:
Foster relationships with key community members, influencers, gaming organizations, and partners on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitch to promote collaboration, sponsorships, and mutual growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and gaming conventions to enhance our brand presence and network with industry professionals.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community landscape and the nuances of gaming culture.
Proven experience in community management, preferably within the gaming industry.
Demonstrated success in growing and nurturing online communities, with a focus on engagement and user satisfaction.
Experience in developing and executing successful content creator programs and managing relationships with influencers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style to suit various community channels.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and initiatives to drive community growth and engagement.
Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret community metrics and insights.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
