The Role of Senior Employment Documentation Consultant
The Senior Employment Documentation Consultant role is pivotal in the Documentation Consultancy

Provide clients with a timely, efficient, and comprehensive service in line with any response time
Advise clients on the contents of documentation, identify any risk areas and give commercial advice
Sit client-facing meetings through digital platforms and create employment documentation per the
company's policies and procedures.
• Offer clients options regarding utilizing other services Peninsula provides and make such
company's online reputation.
• Record all work accordingly using Salesforce and other systems.
• Manage workload in accordance with the company's current policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Proactively building rapport and relationships with clients to increase the value of services provided.
