SHR is looking for an HR Consultant in the Toronto, Ontario area. Projects may include some or all of these based on our client's needs:

- HR Compliance
- Employee Issues
- Policies and Procedures
- Recruiting
- Compensation

Skills/Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Able to work independently managing a variety of projects
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Able to advise clients on employment legislation and policies
- Able to work efficiently as a team member
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Able to develop a strong rapport with clients and maintain excellent working relationships
