We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team for a maternity leave replacement lasting 15 months . The role of the Product Marketing Specialist at Graitec involves developing product positioning strategies including products launch, messaging, loyalty strategies, customer journeys, and establishing Graitec as a thought leader in the industry. The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for lead generation strategies: campaigns, communication, tracking and reporting. She/He creates engaging content to technically promote the software solutions. He plays a crucial role in driving product awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing initiatives. Collaborate with product management to understand product features and benefits, translating technical details into customer-centric messaging.
Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral, including product sheets, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate key messages.
Create high-quality, engaging content that educates & informs the target audience: writing blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, webinars, web and social content (SEO relevant), and other relevant content formats. Work collaboratively with external partners, industry experts, and influencers to create valuable content. This could include co-hosting webinars, writing guest blog posts, or participating in panel discussions to provide thought leadership and showcase GRAITEC software solutions.
Product Launch Strategy: Design and implement successful marketing campaigns . Lead Generation and Nurturing: Work closely with the sales and local marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
Leverage these stories to showcase the value and benefits of Graitec products and solutions.
Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement: Research and identify, industry associations and organizations and key industry players such as influencers, experts, and organizations, who are relevant to GRAITEC software solutions. Collaborate on joint initiatives, co-create content, or explore opportunities for cross-promotion to expand the reach and impact of GRAITEC software solutions.
Identify relevant industry conferences, seminars, and events where GRAITEC software solutions target audience congregates. Secure speaking engagements or participate in panel discussions to share expertise, present case studies, and showcase the value of GRAITEC software solutions. Help with logistics for local tradeshow coordination in collaboration with local marketing managers.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: for online marketing activities. Track and analyze key performance metrics with the support of the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Market Research and Analysis: Contribute to market research analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions about product positioning, messaging, and content creation.

o Very significant experience in BtoB communication with proven success in delivering content for multi-channel campaigns and particularly in digital; o Very significant experience of social networks (Linkedin, Facebook…) for promote BtoB topics; o Experience in collaborating with international teams (guidelines) and content localizations o Strong background in analytics and proficient to compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for making insightful recommendations · What is nice to have done already: o Management of complex BtoB communication and content strategy. o Knowledge of subscription business and software companies o Knowledge of graphic design software o Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing/ Sales platform (asset)


o Ability to address technical content and to present complex topics in accessible/Marketing language;
o Fluent written and oral French and English;
o Good writing skills;
Efficient content producer adept at meeting GRAITEC targets
