This is an excellent opportunity to play akey role in patient care in a growing multidisciplinary clinic alongsideregistered physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcareprofessionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduleappointments, schedule optimization, and patient relationship coordination
  • Answer inboundphone calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Greet patients andprovide exceptional customer service
  • Promote clinic services
  • Patient check-in
  • Complete clinical documents as required
  • Maintain and administer client chartsand profiles
  • Provide support for effectivefunctioning of the clinic, general office organization/cleanliness andadministrative support

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionateabout providing excellent customer service in the healthcare industry. Aqualified candidate must possess:

  • A recognized medical office or generaloffice administration program diploma, OR equivalent work experience
  • Energetic, positive, friendly andoutgoing
  • Experience with EMR software and highlevel of computer proficiency is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and takeinitiative. Able to analyze processes and workflows and identify issuesand possible improvements
  • Detail-oriented, organizational skills,quick learner
  • Adaptable and able to anticipatechanging workflow
  • Punctual, reliable, and flexible
  • Able to learn and work well in a teamenvironment
  • Bilingual is preferred (English/French,or other)


Salary: Competitive wage, 35 hrs/wk, health benefits, group RSP benefits
