The Mini Mall vision is to provide storage seekers with convenience and state-of-the-art technology. inclusive of determining revenue and occupancy metrics, growth objectives, asset quality assurance, customer service, retention, community development, and more. The successful incumbent will be an effective people and data leader with a strong financial acumen. Support the VP, Operations in communicating and executing upon corporate objectives.
Provide operational/sales direction for Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to ensure measurable KPI targets are achieved.
Deploy all aspects of asset management strategy. Oversee, analyze, and develop upon the performance of facilities within the region.
Run, analyze, and make recommendations regarding the performance of the facilities, including factors such as occupancy, delinquencies, and financial position.
Promote Mini Mall Storage within the community by building a strong culture and reputation that reflects and fosters the Mini Mall core values.
Enforce standardization of operational processes for the existing portfolio and onboarding of new acquisitions.
Support ROMs with employee relations issues and oversee regional workforce planning and approvals, under the direction of the executive team.
Oversee the deployment of training and education for ROMs and demonstrate strong mentorship abilities to support success in their roles.
5+ years’ experience in a regional leadership role managing a geographically diverse operation within storage, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
~ Facility management/maintenance experience with an understanding of capital management is required.
~ Proven business financials and data analytics proficiency within sales, P&L, and capital management.
~ experience using programs like Yardi, Site Link, and Call Potential are an asset. Advanced knowledge of excel, with comfort in all MS office suite products including SharePoint.
~ Strong communication skills with an ability to coach developing leaders and present to an executive audience.
~ Driver’s license and clean drivers abstract required.
