Trouw Nutrition is hiring a permanent full-time Truck Driver who is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient and timely delivery of feed products while providing courteous, quality-conscious customer service. Our truck: Tanker style trailer with hydraulic powered auger. Based at our Rosenort facility: Highway 205 West, Box 159 Rosenort, Manitoba R0G 1W0 Responsibilities: Delivers loads of feed as assigned; Vehicle care and maintenance; Performs daily pre-trip and weekly truck/trailer inspections; Maintains accurate log book; Performs all paperwork according to business requirements; Some heavy physical effort is required; ability to lift up to 25 kg bags of feed; Skills and Expertise Qualifications: AZ/Class 1 license with clean driver's abstract Must be able to drive Standard transmission Minimum 2 years truck & trailer driving experience Feed and/or Agriculture experience is an asset Grade 12 or equivalent Expectation from the Role: Flexible to also work out of our Ste Anne and Otterburne locations Available to work four hour shifts (typically Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri) - Afternoons & Evenings - some OT Comfortable driving in rural settings Self-motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrate a commitment to customer service Positive work ethic and attitude Strong team and interpersonal skills - coachable Why you Will Love Working with Us: Global Benefits: Be part of our sustainable mission with opportunities to grow within Nutreco, Skretting, Trouw Nutrition and the broader SHV group Embrace our culture of diversity and inclusion, where we respect and value everyone Local Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/HSA benefits that start on Day 1 Annual bonus Maternal top-up and Tuition Reimbursement 15 vacation days Robust pension plan with employer matching.
