We are currently seeking a casual Wastewater Truck Driver at our Winnipeg, Manitoba facility. You'll play a critical role in managing the safe transport and disposal of wastewater, supporting both environmental compliance and facility operations. What you'll do

Transport with care

  • Safely operate a triple-axle truck to haul wastewater from site to authorized facilities.
  • Load and unload liquid waste using hoses, valves, and pumps — efficiently and safely.

Inspect and maintain

  • Perform vehicle inspections and minor maintenance, ensuring the truck remains road- and job-ready.
  • Keep logs, manifests, and documentation up to date and error-free.

Support your team

  • Assist with basic maintenance and facility housekeeping as needed.
  • Communicate any issues, incidents, or hazards promptly and clearly.

Prioritize safety and compliance

  • Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Uphold SOPs and contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

What you'll bring

  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • Experience with wastewater transport, vacuum trucks, or similar equipment
  • Working knowledge of vehicle inspections, liquid loading systems, and pump operations
  • Ability to work with maintenance teams and follow standard operating procedures
  • Familiarity with tools like CMMS, Outlook, or basic MS Office applications
  • Bonus: Knowledge of WHMIS, GMP, HACCP, ISO, or 5S principles
