Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flatdeck Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of freight handling, commercial driving practices, and the operation of heavy equipment.

Duties

Hiring for flatbed driver for Canada-Usa runs

  • minimum 6 months experience

  • ⁠minimum 1 year old license

  • ⁠biweekly direct deposit

  • ⁠paid layover or reset, if any

  • ⁠dedicated assigned unit

  • Operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

  • 8-10 Days trip
  • Usa visa is a requirement
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road to ensure safety for yourself and others.
  • Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to keep the vehicle operational.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform basic automotive repairs; mechanical skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
