YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Management (50%):
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their goals and culture, and offering solutions that address their needs.
  • Dedicate time to meeting, speaking, emailing, and connecting with clients, virtually and in-person, to address their HR and recruitment needs.
  • Utilize your business acumen to identify opportunities for Envol to expand relationships and provide value to clients.
2. Human Resources & Recruitment (30%):
  • Develop, delivery, and execute HR programs, procedures and projects from start-to-finish across a range of HR functions.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner and subject-matter-expert that helps clients manage people challenges effectively.
  • Provide on-demand HR support to clients, from simple employee inquiries and HRIS administration to complex challenges.
  • Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment initiatives for clients while offering strategic direction on hiring efforts and campaigns.
3. Business Development (15%):
  • Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and propose Envol's solutions based on offered service lines.
  • Identify new potential clients and begin fostering long-term business relationships through networking and referrals.
4. Workshops & Enablement (5%):

Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients and industry partners.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Previous history as an HR Consultant, Advisor, or Partner would definitely give you a head start
  • You have post-secondary education, ideally in business or an HR-related field.
  • Have you worked in a high volume or startup environment? Heck yes
  • This role is heavily focused on client and account management, so demonstrated experience and a track record of success will set you apart Bonus if you talk in terms of results.
  • You have a knack for technology and experience with all the usual suspects: ATSs, job boards, recruitment technology, sourcing technology, CRMs (Hubspot experience is a bonus) .
  • You’ve built a book of business in the past and understand how to identify opportunities with potential clients.
  • You give a damn about creating impact and delivering experiences that delight your clients, so you want to be part of (and contribute to) a performance-oriented culture.
  • As a face of Envol, you have exceptional communication skills, professional maturity, and polish that you bring to every meeting and interview whether it’s a candidate, client or your team.
